thats true. too much emphasize on malays chinese n indians in the peninsular but our borneo bros should act too. i got ur points but i still believe language is the key. ive seen it in many countries where the govt used language as a tool to unite their citizens especially with migration background. we should learn from these countries. all these racial issues are stupid. msia will be left behind if we dont act fast. i still miss the assam laksa n i never got it right when i cook them..:(
i definitely think we should abolish UMNO, MCA, MIC, DAP, PAS etc. we should have 2 or 3 big parties which are open to all Malaysians. DAP is not 100% chinese i know but admittedly it functions as one. selagi ada semua parti kaum ni, we will never taste UNITY.btw i like teresa and just hope she will not only fight for the chinese but for me too. love all Malaysians. i will vote from berlin as i live here. rindu nak makan assam laksa uncle cina kat foodcourt Jaya section17 bawah metrojaya tu:)
hmmm..think of Sarawak and Sabah!! if you really wanna think to shake or tear down BN, convince Sarawakian and Sabahan!! they are actually our key. and it's impossible because as I said the education level is not high and far among the aboriginals... not every places in Malaysia is like PJ. btw, I am not in Malaysia now, this election will be the key to whether i would choose to abandon Malaysia.
masalahnya.. konservatif orang Melayu aka orang Islam kebanyakan or hampir keseluruhan menilai berdasarkan agama and bahasa. Mereka perlu jauhi dari agama. agama membuntu rasional. sebab itu negara sekular diwujudkan. Agama adalah racun minda. Semua agama di dunia saya ingin maksudkan.
you are what i called modern Malay. your suggestion will happen when:
why UMNO should have chinese and indian members? thats a Malay party. are there any Malays in MCA? or in MIC? or are there chinese in MIC? or indians in MCA? jingmun..i dont get your question about UMNO membership. i think ridiculing our national language is not a good thing to do. first and foremost we are Malaysians, so stay true to what you preached. probs wont be solved by hating each other. learn to love and you will be loved. ur malay friend who enjoys nasi lemak and teh tarik just like u.
would i surprise you if i say Malay is a race only by definition from the Constitution same as Kadazan-Dusun, for which are created. anywayz, just share info with you.
alright, it's my good intention to scrap off the hatred. now i would say about the nasi lemak case, we non -Muslim cooks doesnot put pork in our nasi lemak and doesnot use pork when serving Muslims, but they are too skeptical to eat. I went to Malay stall to buy nasilemak eventhough i saw there's beef,i just don't buy beef and eat
i don't see that coming from a Malay going to chinese stall to buy food. not saying we convince them we don't use pork anyhow, they still don't buy, as having me in Malay nasi lemak stall with beef. don't you get what i mean. not because you guys are zealously pious but arrogant and 'must-felt-privileged'. because halal?? but can drink alchohol...
but i only saw in high educated area in PJ. where Malays in Chinese restaurant, even rare.
Yes we are all Malaysians, we can't do anything without each other. What the current gov. has done in the past years NEVER EVER integrate us into trusting each other. Instead, they present to us to hate and distrust each other for them to. Divide and Conquer.
A lesson well learned from the Emperial British. Its sad that this country is 50 years old and still wide apart from each other.
Do you think Parti Negara a good idea? I think so.Say no to racial based party
its very sad. any country in the world has a national language to unite the people. this is not about ketuanan melayu or anything to do with politics. this is about US, malaysian.judging from your replies, you guys are being too political. keep blaming other races especially the Malays will only make things worse. to jingmun, congrats for getting A2 in your SPM. by saying that some malays got D for SPM proved that you put racism in the issue. poor thing, Malaysians will never trust each other:(
yes.. learning common language is vital for communication. ignoring or abandoning a second language is as dumb as one can get. don't get my wrong, i love Malays and Malaysians, we need to move on... Malays are really lack behind in liberal society education and social institution development which controlled for too much religious engagement and bad education quality. it's the 'doesnot work hard' behaviour that drags us behind
kita tidak mahu bersatu dalam satu agama and satu bahasa... bukan kita bukan nasionalis tapi kita nak bahasa dinamik and seluruh, bahasa 'Malaysia' adalah bahasa ketinggalan kerana kurang sofitikasi istilah gunanya.
I do however support the usage of Bahasa Malaysia. Or at least Chinese and Indian and Malays can speak to each other without having to use hand sign.
I seriously despise Chinese that can't communicate well in Bahasa because I think its disgraceful for Chinese not to able to speak other language well.
You'd be amaze how some youngster nowadays can't speak proper Bahasa which is a sad case.
Hell, I'm a Chinese and I get A2 for my Bahasa in SPM. Some Malays get D. Get the point?
I am definitely sure you don't get my points, dear. I speak Malay language without a slight of Chinese accent, i know Kelantanese, N.Sembilanian and common KL. that's not my point, communication and unity are not about one sided change or effort. they are too myopic and self vainglorious. they don't even want to learn English, what to say about Chinese and Indian languages. I have seen ultra-Malay behavior back to my school days and even in public
betul tu. saya tak faham apa satu pun. jika DAP mendakwa mereka bukan parti berlandaskan kaum dan terbuka untuk semua warga malaysia tidak kira bangsa, perlukah menggunakan bahasa cina ketika berkempen?tidak kiralah dimana, mestilah guna bahasa kebangsaan. bukan begitu?atau DAP parti untuk org cina sahaja? get real DAP!
do you know why big multinational corps still levarage between choosing china and india and malaysia for labor... because we can communicate better english and better education level. Sedar laa..rakan Malaysia saya, you can hail high your Malay supremacy, but the war of globalization and war of economy, you ll lose your most compatible compatriots and vanguards
One nation- Negara Malaysia
One race- Bangsa Malaysia
One language- Bahasa Malaysia
I don't think DAP would agree with the last mission.

拿兹里说首相是人民选出的,真的是没脑的人,如果要人民选的话就应该像台湾一个政党派个人出来选,这才是人民首相。奇怪这种人还可以做首相署部长。
