He just said kung fu because its the line. What sounds better, I know kung fu. Or, I know how to fight? Kung fu and karate are the two most popular terms for martial arts, but kung fu sounds like he also gave wisdom. Kids do karate. To a non martial artist, thats what they would think.

@pnxbush Kungfu has many many different forms, kick boxing has one, jab, kick, shield, elbow, cross. thats it. for instance I study wing chun, a form of kung fu, i took me one year to finish and master the basic forms and movements, it took me one month to learn every kick boxing technique, why? because there is one. kung fu is balance and specific movement, kick boxing is brute force, if you want to learn that you should try Krav maga. Sifu Rex.
