I've suffered from back and sciatic nerve injuries from improper heel strike technique when running. I've started running barefoot as a way to stay off my heel but I was recently introduced to the Pose method of running while researching natural and proper running technique. I'm excited to find a video from the man himself explaining the proper running form and technique.
@Krautboy7 Pose Method corrects errors in movement and actually helps prevent and avoid common injuries. But then again, if you're doing it wrong - of course you will have injuries. Get it right and you will move without any problems.

The "Pose Method" is very simplified in the DVD "Evolution Running".
But yeh, the Pose Method is the right method for running.

i have been recently introduced to pose running as i have 6+ yrs of bilateral patella tendonitis, likely attributed to my running style - heel toe.
so i am yet to master pose, but it is already assisting in taking the pressure from my knees.

The pose method for runners is brilliant, well worth the time and effort to master.
