  • I've suffered from back and sciatic nerve injuries from improper heel strike technique when running. I've started running barefoot as a way to stay off my heel but I was recently introduced to the Pose method of running while researching natural and proper running technique. I'm excited to find a video from the man himself explaining the proper running form and technique.

  • how is is the right way. running like gives you shin splints

  • @Krautboy7 Pose Method corrects errors in movement and actually helps prevent and avoid common injuries. But then again, if you're doing it wrong - of course you will have injuries. Get it right and you will move without any problems.

  • The "Pose Method" is very simplified in the DVD "Evolution Running".

    But yeh, the Pose Method is the right method for running.

  • i have been recently introduced to pose running as i have 6+ yrs of bilateral patella tendonitis, likely attributed to my running style - heel toe.

    so i am yet to master pose, but it is already assisting in taking the pressure from my knees.
