  • to see more burnouts go to simonsezmuscle on youtube :)

  • so is it an ls7 or a 454??? description contradicts itself.

  • @OldsPowered69 for those that don't know the 454 ls7 was the big brother to the l-88 427 big block---never offered in a car crate motor only. not new style ls type block

  • @MrBigydaddy with some research i found out that yes an ls7 is a real R&D 454 for the corvette, but only one was EVER made(with #) and ones with ls7 in the build sheet arent real, i assume this motor is a standard 454 with "ls7" corvette spec treatment, and after viewing many forums, many claim it wasnt a crate motor either, it was an option that never was. claimed to be a "mythical" engine

chevelle is sweet though, was confused at first

plus after knowing this, why is the new ls7 a 427? lol

  • @OldsPowered69 because the new ls7 is based on the lsx small block and at the time I don't think they could stroke it out to make a 454.:)

THe car now has a 12.5/1 489-added 1/4 in of stroke and .030 overbore. Makes 625 hp on e85. At 7500 the hp was still over 540. Fun toy

  • Beautiful car

  • great video awesome car

  • Wow, I have a 70 Chevelle with the same engine running on E-85 also. I love the cheap race fuel!

  • That's the kind of burnout I like to see.
