You can use it in Zero Mission, though. I used the Shinespark to get to a Super Missile (I think) Upgrade in Crateria where your ship landed.

But prime was all about phazon, samus destroyed Phaaze(Sp?) in Prime 3, not more phazon no more dark samus no more prime. There should be another metroid, not part of the sub-series, that follows up fusion

Well didn't everyone think Samus destroyed Dark Samus and all the Phazon in Prime 1 and 2 also? That was kind of the ending point for both games...

But Phaaze blew up, and it was the source of all phazon, With out it there is no more phazon and Nintendo even said it was the last metroid prime game

Look for the last time all the phazon is gone! Prime was all about phazon. Thus when she destroyed it all Samus ended the Prime sub-series. But Fusion leaves more for the real story to continue. Prime is over Metroid isn't

And it is over, get over it they aren't making anymore because there isn't any phazon left. Super Metroid was way better. And I can say that base on the trailer because of small bit of combat scene and it's going back to 3rd person.

I really don't think the best Metroid game is up for debate. We need to acknowledge the fact that Hunters was the worst of the Metroid games... And Hunters was freakin' amazing. Thus, ANY metroid game can be judged as amazing.
