I don't think she skipped over you guys out of disrespect. I think the concert goes to cities were the new CD sales show a significant amount of sales that would warrant her coming there. Maybe not enough fans in Indiana supported her latest release. I have heard of concerts being cancelled because "the numbers" weren't up. I could be wrong, just a thought.
