i dont have a recurve..i have a compound..but wat i do to get better at shooting is..

i take a short vid. of my groups at 20,30,and 40 yards..and i shoot two groups of three arrows at each distance...each day i try to beat my grouping from the days b4....im pretty good

i know its really late but i just read ur question. Ive have a martin x150 n man do i love my bow. Its affordable, great looking, light,n a great performing bow. I use 30 in.gold tip 5575 camo arrows(400grain total with 100grain head) n shooting over 200fps at 29in draw with my 50# bow@CONNORWIESELER2014

I like the bow a lot. I definitely recommend it. I tried a lot of bows before I bought this one and it was much nicer in my hand than the others. Keep in mind what feels good to me might not be for everyone though.
