No one can tell you exactly what it'll do to you but it will aid in your mood, sleep cycles and regulate your appetite. I keep seeing info stating that maybe it's not good to take 5-htp supplements w/ vitamin B6, because although b6 is required to turn 5-htp into seratonin, taking the two at the same time will form seratonin BEFORE entering your brain, and seratonin is too big to cross the blood-brain barrier. So some people suggest taking B6 early in the day, and then taking just 5-htp at night-----the screwed up detail is that most 5-htp supplements seem to include B6 as a bonus ingredient! Thoughts, anyone?
