This song (the 'original') is from their 1995 Album "Ridiculous" which features several other "classics" such as "Electric Trains" & their '95/'96 single "This Summer" - (Berus7 is right, in that they are regarded as one of Britain's finest groups & suprisingly it's a view ALSO held by critics).

Seriously one of the best groups ever. Difford/Tilbrook, in my opinion, are every bit as good as Lennon/McCartney. In fact, I'd say I find their love songs far more moving.
