  • i didnt get the message i even looked back a few days... how long does it take?

  • @mmshot1 try formatting your SD card and make sure it works in your Wii (for saves, etc) and then try letterbomb again. it should be there as soon as you put the SD card in, if you set it up correctly.

  • @wiisixtyfour I used my wii's SD card that was always in there, uts been over a day andi didnt get it

  • nice song

  • It works thank you!

  • OMG GREEN DAY :DDDDDDD

  • Homebrew channel doesnt load, it just stays at the screen where the bubbles are moving up

    help??

  • @JosephPeterson420 That IS the Homebrew Channel; you need to put homebrew apps on your SD card. It's all in the guide I linked to.

  • Hi I am wondering if I should hack my Wii, I live in NZ so does hacking remove any features or what?

  • @NintendoGuy128 Nope it doesn't remove anything

  • @wiisixtyfour Really? Well I am 13 and I'm not sure if I might do somthing wrong and brick my Wii?

  • How long do you have to wait to get the message?

  • @CloseIy It should come up once the SD card is in your Wii. Sometimes it shows up on “yesterday” (the place where you usually see yesterday’s messages) and sometimes it may be “today” or “two days ago”.

  • @wiisixtyfour Okay thank you because it wouldn't show up and I forgot to change the year of my wii so i done that and it still haven't work. Thanks

  • @wiisixtyfour yo I did this a while ago, and my wii bricked, I can't do shit now, sept play games

  • @5gun1 You must have done something stupid then because this doesn't brick Wiis.

  • @wiisixtyfour I didn't, but not from you, from nerd help desk..

  • OMFG I LOVE YOU it hasnt worked for me before but know thanks to you it does :)

  • Does this require an sd card or can I use a usb stick?

  • @bleach32152 You need an SD card.

I don't know if that made sense so, if your SD card is Removable Disk E: then put the "private" folder there.

  • @wiisixtyfour the page or there are marked removable disk E or it comes from

  • works just did it now. but when i click on the homebrew channel then click on launch it disconnects my controller then my controller doesnt connect. and also how do i install stuff to the homebrew channel that allows me to play iso files from my memory stick/

  • @GaffyTube You really should have looked at a guide. During one part of the HackMii installer you can only use the power/reset buttons (or a GC controller).

Go poke around WiiHacks.com to get more information.

  • you already had the homebrew channel before opening the letterbomb. whats with acting like you are hacking an already hacked Wii.

  • @kieferandthehashbrow I was just showing the exploit and how it works.

  • what's the song?

    lol jk

  • my wii wont show the letter bomb thing...it worked before but i had to format my wii memory? any ideas why?

  • what wire do you have to cut?

    and why?

  • @plutgamer You can cut either, idk why they did that

  • is this for the white wii if u have version 4.3u?

  • @superford388 It's for any Wii on version 4.3 so yes.

  • my wii cant install homebrew channel in its current state, due to "no vulnerable iOS detected. . .", so will this work on mine??? fyi, i havent update my wii for a long time now, it is still ver 4.1U... please help whether this'll work on mine or not??

  • @Gunseed311 This is only for version 4.3U. Update to the latest version first.

  • @Gunseed311 Sounds like you have messed up IOSes. Run something like DOP-Mii and update your IOSes (to official ones, no patches)

  • Or kept silent find private in the debut because after his(her, its) walking(step) not then please say I or you have to find private please help I

  • @tariktor73290 You can copy the whole private folder from Letterbomb to your SD card. Vous pouvez copier le dossier "private" de Letterbomb sur votre carte SD.

  • @wiisixtyfour ok thanks

  • just noticed this vid -.-

  • when you open homebrew on your wii some applications come which aren,t coming on my homebrew

  • @mateen4992 Put the apps on your SD card in the "apps" folder.

  • those applications of homebrew aint coming

  • @mateen4992 If apps aren't showing up then you set up your SD card wrong. You need to put apps in the "apps" folder.

  • @wiisixtyfour when i open homebrew there are no applications

  • @mateen4992 Put them in the "apps" folder on your SD card.

  • @wiisixtyfour there are no applications in homebrew

  • so i can play online

  • @mateen4992 yup.

  • can i play online games with pirated games

  • @mateen4992 You only get banned if you cheat online.

  • you made my life easy thanks man i'll sub you :)

  • @jn696 No there isn't but it looks like it's working for me

  • i would recommend hiding your mac adress

  • @xplus93 I'm not too worried about it.

  • What if I suspect my wii, has already a Mod Chip because Im able to run games downloaded and burned in DVD

Can I still install homebrew channel and all the other stuffs on my wii, without it brick?

    Answer me please!!!!!!!

  • @MrSanson You can install the Homebrew Channel even with a modchip installed.

  • i haven,t got any mail, i,ve done every thing.

    plzz help me !!!

  • @shineyterror Make sure you downloaded the right region and if so, try a different SD card.

  • @wiisixtyfour ok ty

    i should try it

  • What happens if you cut teh blu wiar? Lol. What happens if you cut the blue wire?

  • @cookingboy3 It does the same thing.

  • @wiisixtyfour That's kinda boring. If you do it should make the letter blue.

  • dude, censor your mac address.....

  • @scarehorror98 I'm not worried about it.

  • @scarehorror98 what are we going to do? add him to our nintendo friend list? start messaging him on the wii?

  • @scarehorror98 why would anyone censor their mac address? Especially his. lol

  • WIckeed dude, ythanx

  • can I use the LAN adapter mac?

  • @Skipper19989 No, it has to be the regular MAC (It doesn't matter if you're connected to the internet or not, it just needs that MAC address).

  • @wiisixtyfour Do I use the internet on my wii doing this or on my computer??

  • @mark12130 On your computer; the Internet Channel can't download anything.

  • @wiisixtyfour so i do it on the wii?

  • @mark12130 Go to the site on the computer. It's all in the video.

  • nice video!!

  • hehe you got a hackintosh

  • is this song green day?

  • @20ChrisFa02 Yes, song titles are in the description.

  • Thank you so much!!

  • i cant find the title folder.

  • @brawlcooldude7 Just copy the whole "private" folder to your SD card.

  • @wiisixtyfour Nvm i watched another video. im installing a shit load of apps i got a gba emulator a Snes emulator (downloading) and alot more

  • @wiisixtyfour nvm i fixed it

  • what will happen if you accidently open the letter bomb with notepad and wont go away?

  • @Mannyofsteel I don't know what you mean, you can't open it

  • What happens if i cut the blue wire?

  • @supertoasteroftoast it does the same thing

  • @wiisixtyfour oh. I figured it would give you a Pal version or something.

  • WHY THE LETTER DIDN'T SHOW ? why???

  • @sharkpyro93 make sure you put the right region and MAC address when you downloaded it and that you put it on your SD card correctly.

  • @wiisixtyfour i done right but the letter dind't show up...i read on google many have the same problem...

  • @sharkpyro93 You can try another SD card, some aren't compatible.

  • @sharkpyro93 lifehacker made an article on this and it seems it will show up on the date you made the letter. so if you did it on monday chack monday

  • 2:45 why do you keep scrolling the mouse down????

  • @kamilmario1 haha i don't know, just a habit i guess

  • @kamilmario1 I know, it annoys the hell out of me too xD

  • The Wii need to be connected to the internet while you are at LetterBomb inserting the MAC?

  • @X10851 nope

  • @wiisixtyfour Thank You. :)

  • How come none of my Homebrew apps are showing up? i have them all in the apps folder and all the boot files are called boot.dol and the apps folder is on the root of the SD card plz help :(

  • @pokefriend123 Your SD card may be incompatible or it's set up wrong. Make sure the path is (for example the Homebrew Browser) SD:/apps/homebrew_browser/boot.dol in other words on the SD card is the "apps" folder and inside the "apps" folder is the "homebrew_browser" folder and inside the "homebrew_browser" folder is the boot.dol file and other files related to the app.

  • @wiisixtyfour I have 2 SD cards a 2GB sd card from my 3DS and an 8GB SDHC that i got from god knows where and i have the boot.dol file for my homebrew browser and its in the "apps" folder. should it be working? i tried both the 2GB SD and the 8GB SDHC

  • @pokefriend123 You could try reformatting the cards to FAT or FAT32 (2GB card should be FAT and 8GB card should be FAT32). Copy everything off them of course because reformatting erases the files. After that try starting from the beginning.

  • @wiisixtyfour alright im almost finished! how do i reformat my 2GB? im gonna get this app to work if its the last thing i do >:)

  • @pokefriend123 When it's in your computer, right click the SD card (It should have a drive letter like "Removable Disk (I:)" or something) and then from the drop down menu select "Format" and then make sure the "File system" is "FAT" and click "Start"

  • @wiisixtyfour any other options?

  • @pokefriend123 Try a USB flash drive or another SD card if you can get one? Other than that I'm not sure.

  • @wiisixtyfour BTW what does a bricked wii do? does it make it so the wii cant read my discs?

  • @pokefriend123 There's different kinds of "brick". The most general one is when you're Wii doesn't boot or won't load to the menu after you "Press A". A brick won't make it so it can't read discs but your disc drive could be broken in some way.

  • @pokefriend123 Bricked Wii is about as useful as a brick. It won't turn on, it won't go to the menu, it won't do anything. It can only be used as a doorstopper after you brick it.

  • @Mobius14 ok 'phew' i thought my wii was bricked but it just needs the lazer repaired. well im out of options and i uninstalled the homebrew channel, im not gonna worry about it anymore... anyway thanks for your help ^_^ you've helped me more then anyone. but its no use, i cant get it to work, so i give up... so thanks for the help Mobius14 and Wiisixtyfour

  • @pokefriend123 Clean the laser lens with a tissue/cloth? Might want to take the Wii apart to clean it.

  • @Mobius14 nah i might as well get a proffesional to do it. i dont want anything bad to happen .~.

  • @pokefriend123 If you're going to let someone fix it you might as well try to clean it yourself since it's going to get fixed. If Nintendo is fixing it, they won't. You had Homebrew on it. They're fascists against homebrew and want to put it in concentration camps. That's how much they hate it. Even if HOMEBREW IS NOT PIRACY.

  • @Mobius14 I uninstalled it so its not on my wii anymore c:

  • @pokefriend123 They can still detect it because they have access to the entire Wii system and know what channels you installed there whether they're there now or not.

  • @Mobius14 There are ways of removing traces though

  • @Mobius14 oh i guess ur right. but what if something goes wrong? like a piece goes missing or something p.s. HOLY CRAP LOOK AT HOW LONG THIS CHAIN OF COMMENTS IS!!!

  • @pokefriend123 -New World Record-

Try a Wii Cleaning kit with the disc shaped cleaner. It'll clean the lens without taking it apart.

  • @Mobius14 -world record for what?-

its not cleaning it im worried about its taking it apart. im (asforementioned) worried about loosing something inportant .___________________________.

  • @pokefriend123 The only thing you might possibly lose are the screws, please for GOD sakes keep them in a cup or something.

  • @Mobius14 alright i'll try that thanks :)

  • The Wii folder on my sd card doesn't have a "title" folder, does that matter?

  • @Heine7777 no, just copy the whole "private" folder

  • Hey i dont got that captcha thing D:

  • thumbs up for Green Day!!!!!!! :D

  • it keeps saying only works with 4.3, what do you do if its above that?

  • @JayRamaX There's nothing above 4.3.

  • @mkwiithehackr And you could just use a MAC Address spoof hack

  • @mkwiithehackr Eh I'm not worried.

  • Can i use a usb stick to do hackers code form the computer to the wii.

  • @kathleensara1 nope.

  • @wiisixtyfour IS THERE A CHANCE OF BRICKING?!

  • @cosmicaler well...

    99% :)

  • @cosmicaler but it's actually not so big chance :S

BUT if you hack you're wii it counts like chipping you're wii ._.

  • @MrBrandis21 what do you mean by "CHIPPING" lol i'm a NOOB.

  • @cosmicaler like.. My wii broke thanks to black ops :( so i wanted to repear it on nintendo and they said if you have a moded wii it will cost like 250 dollars ...

If you have a normal wii it will cost 80 dollars.

    Sry for my bad english.

    Sry for my bad english.

  • @cosmicaler Not chipping, modding. Chipping is when you put a physical mod chip inside the Wii to play copied games. Homebrew counts as software modification.

  • @cosmicaler Slim to none. If you just install the Homebrew Channel there is zero chance of bricking.

  • Can I use this exploit to get homebrew channel and then use Reggie! level editor to edit New Super Mario Bros. Wii levels?

  • @imthegamegod yes

  • oops.. never mind i just got it!!! turns out i pasted the files wrong on SD card. My goal is to play Legend Of Mana through the PSX. I've never done anything like this before, but am a huge Secret Of Mana fan. Thank you kindly!

  • @jakiner Soo are you playing it?

  • @jakiner Soo are you playing it?

  • @MrBrandis21 nope

  • @jakiner did it not work?

  • After i do this can i simply burn copied wii games on a dvd, insert in on the console and play it?

  • @eltrracko Nope.

  • my letter did not show up :( any help please!

  • @jksdfgyjfhgud Make sure you put in the right MAC address and have the right region selected. If you have both of those things you can try another SD card because sometimes certain cards just don't work.

  • @wiisixtyfour thank u so much!

  • @wiisixtyfour i'm having the same problem w/ letter not showing up. how do i change region settings?

  • @jakiner I was talking about the region selection on the Letterbomb site. It's supposed to auto-select your region based on your IP or something like that but you should double check when you download letterbomb that the right version is selected (There's 4.3U, 4.3E, 4.3J, and 4.3K).

  • can the black wii read burnt games?

  • @millieman76 Some can, it depends.

  • can you just do it 1 time cos i what to get cts for mkw

  • @zachmkwracer9999vr I'm not sure what you're asking but once you have the Homebrew Channel installed then you don't need to run Letterbomb anymore because the Homebrew Channel will load your homebrew apps.

  • hey i have a question.. if i would download a game, lets say super mario galaxy, and i put that game on a dvd, and put that dvd in the wii. would that let me play the game without any problems if i install this homebrew?

  • @keeshond5 Go buy the game.

  • What does Cut the blue wire do?
