Before you die, you would have been exposed to the gospel of Jesus Christ. God, in His Perfect Wisdom, gives you time to reject or accept that gospel. When you die, you would have already accepted that gospel or rejected that gospel. You and God would know. Malcolm X heard the gospel of Jesus Christ and he made a decision to accept that gospel or reject that gospel.

I love Jasper Williams and I love Malcolm. But Jasper should give Malcolm more credit - he knew about Jesus but he chose Islam. He died too soon that is for sure, but not for the reason Rev. Williams gives.

Actually this is Jasper Williams Jr, he pastors a church called Salem Bible Church in Atlanta Georgia. The father, Jasper Williams Sr. pastored a church here in Memphis, Tn called Lane Avenue Baptist Church, which is now World Overcomers Outreach Ministries pastored by Jasper Williams Jr's brother A.R. Williams.

I grew up in Mound Bayou, MS, and Pastor Jasper Senior used to come on WDIA in Memphis every Sunday evening at about 3 o'clock. We would all sit around the radio to hear him preach. He was a great preacher.  I remember when Jasper, Jr, preached his first sermon, I think it was his first, in Mound Bayou, Ms. at the age of 12. I now live in California, but I still remember them.

the problems usually begin with the exclusive and extraordinary character of the claims made on behalf of superheros who are (usually) no longer to be found. religions are well-known for including ideologies that are divisive and ultimately irreconciliable with comparable base-level axioms. ignoring these differences and the extreme statements made by religious doesn't make them go away. it can be helpful to bring them out into the open and see them for the extremities that they truly are.

Correction, this was during the later 1980s and early 1990's. We were there. The chuch was in existence in the 1970s and a large building, but not quite this large buy this time. This was the second renovation. If you go now, to the same building, the present appearance is the third phase of renovation how it looks now. Thanks for the compliment though.

Even if you totally ignored what the Bible, it is not possible for science to say without a doubt that the Bones belong to Jesus. In addition to that there were 71 tombs found with Jesus's name on them. In other words, there was more than one person with the name Jesus.

Rev. Williams used a controversial apology: that the corpses of other religious figures can be found in their graves while those of Jesus are (supposedly) missing. Muslims dispute the Resurrection as fictitious or a trick (still euhemerists), and Confucians(!) don't recognize any but their own as authentically historical. compare this with Mormons baptizing the dead into their religion and note the recent "discovery of the Tomb of Jesus" complete with his bones in the news!

It is none of our jobs to judge or condemn this man for what he may or may not have done. Its our jobs to live a life better than what we feel is inappropriate. God is the only judge and therefore while it is a bad view of the pulpit what so many preachers do, we still must understand that first they are human and secondly God will do whatever he wants to with, in, and through their lives. Dont be so quick to judge those who do wrong. "All have sinned and come short of the Glory of God."

For the fact that he didnt (Malcom X) sleep around with women and did so much for the black community believing in only Allah should be commended. Jasper Williams, believing in Jesus, was convicted of distributing cocaine while pastoring in Atlanta. Malcom X would have eaten Jasper Williams alive in a debate. I think this is a coward move by Rev. Williams and I think really he is such a loser for this!
