@limidge I did mess up, I meant to type 90, when they went 10-6, beat the oilers in the wild card round before loosing to the raiders in the divisional playoffs. My point was that while that is bad, that's not the worst in nfl history. As I said before, before the cardinals good 2 years in 08 and 09, they had made it to the playoffs once in 25 years. The steelers themselves made it to the post season 1 time in their first 40 years of existence. That's far worse.

The Who DAT Chant started in New Orleans by different area universites and highschools in the 60's and 70's. Late 70's it was heard at Saints Games but it wasn't offically adopted or trademark until 83.

The southeast La. callout "Who Dat" predates the Saints (1967) and is a LONG time figure of speech in (mostly) New Orleans and it goes back several generations. Nobody stole anything from anyone either way.

So, older football fans remember the "Who Dey" routing, especially during that era, when football teams were making songs left and right. This of course started with the Bears' Super Bowl Shuffle.
