The Mustang is absolutely a V6. Look at the front bumper @ 0:09. I have a v6 just like this and I changed the base model bumper out to a GT bumper. The little Celicas are fun little sports cars, but the straight line isn't what they're supposed to be good at, and and intake an exhaust won't put you ahead of a GT. Cool ride though. Lol and I have to admit that driver SUUUUCKS.

The suspension on his was modified by saleen, so that may give it a slight edge, but in a straight line, it's a draw with our two cars.

I was pulling away the whole time but M/T GT's are less forgiving. a stock M/T GT with a good driver can stay with me but once they start modding they start to pull away. Is not the shit but not bad for a little 1.8L, BUT it takes a shit load of practice to be a good celica driver.
Well if the AT in the mustang GT is anything like the AT in the GTS, then its complete garbage and I would have to say nice run, and I am gonna have to race my friend with an 05 AT Stang GT, because I run the same setup as you and I have my engine bored out a bit.
Ha yea bro i drive a saleen twin turbo 800rwhp and my friend drives a celica gt-s turbo with about 300hp, ill kick his ass in the quarter but he can keep up and usually i always have to come back towards the middle cause of the wieght differance he takes off way faster lol but both cars are nice, he cant touch my saleen but when we mess around on the hway with my supercharged gt he can sometimes keep up those are zippy little cars with b/a handling. nice race keep modding youll own anyone
