I don't know. All I know is that it's not photoshopped and that's actually a relatively average sized jellyfish of that species. They get MUCH bigger. That simple fact scared the crap outta me.

Not sure about the actual name but they live of the coast of Japan and they are actually becoming a bigger and bigger problem for local fishermen as you can imagine. Try googling Japanese Giant Jellyfish... should get you close.
