  • Thanks for that :) About 2 months before my wedding I went into exercise overdrive and shed loads of weight and fat. I came back from Hawaii a bit beefy but have been back on it. I will be a lean machine by next summer :)

  • @kwaichi it's now called Wii Fat Plus, and it never really was designed to loose weight, only to help I think.

  • For a moment I was gonna ask if it was muscle you were gaining. Since muscle actually weighs more then fat... But then you said your tummy and >.> man boobs were geting big so I though oh.. okay maybe not XP

    I still think I might try the wii fit along with my new diet to try and loose some weight HOPEFULLY we have different ending results XP

  • i'm now playing tennis 4 hours a day and still no weight loss or noticeable difference. weird.

  • This must be some kind of inbalence in your system all you need to do is keep up your daily fitness and try to include a few things to do around the house also it might seem harsh as your already doing things but them few extra things can help alot your takeing advice from a guy who lost 1 stone in 2 weeks xD

    5 stone in 3 months xD

    I would also recomend i know it sounds daft but try to decrease your muscle building not to sound off but it turns into fat below also if you stop training xD.

  • 1st- try no to do exercise and see your weight.

    2nd- if that doesnt work il teach you a new word DIET.

    3rd- if none of these WORK OUT go to a gym or pay a guy to teach you.

    4th-they say that bed is the best exercise.

    Have you tried a cross training machine? They're cheap to buy (saw one here @ 199 euros) and everyone says they give you an all over work out. As other people have said, you should expect to gain weight as you gain muscle.

  • Mate, if you've been exercising regularly your weight will eventually go up (especially if you've been weight-training). Muscle weighs more than fat.

    Try squeezing some fresh lemon into your water twice a day. And it usually helps to eat dried cranberries and nuts (without adding any seasoning or roasting them). They will flush out your system of excess germs and help you drop some of that weight

  • it will come off eventually but any time you start working out youll gain weight before you drop it because of the muscle you build. Dont worry though. You dont look fat at all in the vid!

  • lol! My girlfriend has the opposite problem to me. she only weighs 50kg too and the more wii fit she does the more she loses! Eating lots of meat is supposed to help gain weight - try doubling your current amount.

  • think you eat something up north thats had higher levels of hormones in it..

    Such as meat of an animal that had been given more growth hormones.

    If you doctor anygood they know alot more of why when ypu ask, my ne doctor is right into his work, unlike some who its just a job lol

  • I think a lot of things we eat today generally have higher amounts of hormones. I've had a check up with a decent doctor too and had bloodwork done and all is fine.

  • hahaha Your probably turning the fat into muscle and not losing it. Cut out sugary things and fatty foods and also don't use so much oil in cooking as to lower the calories.

    Do you drink beer ? That doesn't help too haha

    But you dont look fat, just well built :)

  • I don't drink, i don't smoke, I don't eat many sugary things, I only cook with olive or peanut oil. ermmm check, check, check. OK there's my reply lol :)

The wisdom of life consists in the elimination of nonessentials." or in other more modern words bin the Wii walk down to the pub and have a half -the exercise will do you good and stimulate your digestive tact, the half will rehydrate you (a bit) and the lack of stress in a friendly enviroment will add to your well being , just don't stop for a takeaway on the way back

  • I'm from the north, I can vouch that our diets are far from ideal. I'm not fat, neither are any of my friends, or anyone I know for that matter, but we all have pretty bad diets. I suppose although our diets are poor, people here clearly have a genetic disposition to remain thin. odd.

  • Well, one primary reason is that a year and a half ago someone drove into the side of me while I was on a roundabout and my car was written off. The battle with insurance companies goes on to this day. Now it's just a question of waiting for a court date as the other driver claims it was my fault. Even though he was on my left so he should have gave way to me. So I'm without wheels and I feel a heck of a lot healthier for it.

Wii Fit cant be a substitute for real exercises, you know...but I have a theory. what about your mental exercises, kwai? they are so energy consuming, and if you stepped onto the wii fit board all day, you neglected them, massive. conclusion: read your lecture first, then put it onto the board, step on it, do your wii exercises as usual,but simultaneously try to recap your lecture. now both, spirit and body will harmonize, and you will loose weight.

  • Could be possibly building some muscle once the fat is gone your body adds more muscle (run longer you tear muscle it rebuilds larger :P)
