Mine hasn't flipped over yet (I hope it don't jynx) however the main problem I have is making it far and when I go to pick up a patient I accidentally hit them and they die>:I it keeps happening when I get to level 7 or 8

after 16 Tries finally i got to level 12 i was on the way to hospital after pick up last patient and my ambulance flipped over =.=!! FK OFF PARAMEDIC MISSION!!

I have never tryed this before , but i survived  to level 10 , and my ambulance went to its roof and i didnt know how i can turn it over, but i got it somehow but my ambulance was too damaged so i just drove to a lamp and that was my try ;( If i could just know how to turn the ambulance i would survived...

by completeing the pizza boy submission you recive 50% of health

and vigilante mission 50%armor

how i get the other 50% health and50%aromr?

@meflakkkk You need to complete the Vigilante mission to Level 12...then you acquire the 50+ armor

two questions. 1. Did you enable speed cheat to make everything faster?

1a. If so, did it help?

Good question.. Probably the most annoying side mission in the game. The ambulance is very unstable and it needs a lot of practice to learn driving it without making it flip on its roof. Two most annoying side missions in VC: This one and RC raider pickup.

I didn't use any cheats in my GTA videos. The RC helicopter is very difficult to control in the airport checkpoint challenge because of wind, I guess. Yes 100 taxi fares must be done. They don't have to be done in a row but if you do that, you get bigger bonuses after every 5th fare. Do you mean those Haiti gang guys attack you while doing paramedic mission? Cherry Popper "Ice cream" mission is also very hard because of attacking Haiti and Cuba gang members.

Hmm.. The only way I know to find missing rampages, are to watch rampages videos here. Go and see rampages videos of majorunderscore for example. Or my viedos. Go to the rampage location showed on the video and see if the rampage icon is there or not.

The only game I have done this in is VCS, the same thing happened except a moron ran my patient over at level 8. I wasc so angry so I left it.

i HATE the fucking paramedic mission i have tried and spent hours on it on to fail on the 11 or 10th level every time!!!!! i have 99% complition and the only thing i need is that mission such a great game butcherd my a bad mission!

Agreed, it's really difficult at first. You must practice driving ambulance quickly.. In SA it's especially annoying because there are thousands of idiots driving.

Yeah in SA it's quite hard too.. But it helps if you put the siren on. Sometimes the time limit may cause difficulties..

Yeah that's so annoying if it happens.. Something like that happened to me too once.. I was almost done with the paramedic mission and then the ambulance refused to brake in time.. Grrr.
