First swam here in 1960! My family moved to Kailua in 1964 and I went to Maunawilli Elementary, Kailua Intermediate and Kailua High School. This is my favorite beach of my entire life, there is no better beach on the planet! We once lived in a house(not there anymore) just a couple of hundfred feet inland from the boat ramp! Much Aloha here!!!!!

I remember this place, it was wonderful. It would have been better if there weren't any manowar washed up ashore.

i dont live there anymore :( since im a military child but
we used to live not to far away from there
i used to live on the the part that looks kinda like a turtle i lived on the neck part lol
