  • On my sister's 17th birthday? Wow......

  • que video mas avurido q raro q se aga el carito paraytras q susuto

  • The restraints are up.

  • @MrMcfat2 They were probably testing it in the morning and tha LIMs malfunctioned,

    which resulted in a rollback.

  • wtf i dont want to wantch a fucking rollercoaster go backwords 10 miles an hr

  • fail

  • i dont get

  • ????????????

    \

  • Screaming over California? you mean California Screamin?

  • The incident was this person never learned to use proper words must be a drop out

  • What, exactly, is "the incident?" This is a very misleading vid...

  • Roll Backs are cool, if your a coaster nut theses are sort-after

  • I bet their 'soaring over California' video was called California soarin. if it was actually mixed up like that, that would be legit.

  • I just wanted to point out.....It's California Screamin'. Not Screaming Over California.

  • So, it's one of those rides where the people exit off the 200ft hill instead of the station? Nice.

  • That was so boring

  • Move On, There's Nothing To See Here!

  • i want the 0:33 of my life back!

  • i was in this roller coaster!

  • @Quikkie21 How ._.

  • Rollbacks are the most not-dangerous incident that can happen... i think...

  • awsome?

  • omfg this video is EPIC!!! ohhh myy ive never been so scared in my life.

  • uaghn

  • i want the 33 seconds of my life back!

  • i always scream on this effin ride and my sis didn't tell me how epic it was, even the music playin while riding scared me.

  • it had a rollback i can tell it is going backward. i wanna be on a launch coaster when this happens it will be fun

  • wtf, dont get this at all

  • its called california screaming not screaming over california

  • speaker: ATTENTION VISITORS! california screamin just rolled backwards just like usual! please make your way toward the exit!

  • Been on this 8 times in a row... Amazing ride

  • it is probley a roll back test

most LIM coasters do that test

  • the car is empty so that tells me that they had 1 car go backwards to switch tracks to put it away. yes when they put the cars away they move them backwards. or maybe they was testing the ride. but their was no incident on your video. so please get educated.

  • READ THE DESCRIPTION

  • its california screamin not screaming over california

  • that was just pointless (not spell rigth)

  • 0:01 no harness?

  • that row was designed specially to help disabled people get on board

  • Oh Yeah i didn't notice that lol.

  • wheres the incident part of the video? all it is...is a car going backwards okay

  • 5-19 is my b-day!!!!

  • 5-06 is my b-day

  • This ride breaks down, or is tested, atleast once a day. But still, this is my favorite ride.

  • california screamin mixed with soarin over california

  • This is the California Screamin attraction at Disney's California Adventure (DCA). They test this track with empty trains all of the time. No big deal.

  • why did it go backwards?

  • que gafo no tiene acxión un 0 hace falta adrenalina

  • I believe the person that made this movie was thinking of soarin' over california and got the two mixed up.

  • dude we all are douches, we're trying to see six flag accidents.

  • This is disneyland Califorina in Califorina Adventure not six flags

  • your a douche thats nothing fagget

  • dude get the name right. california screamin'

  • ooo i went to California adventure! lol its a big deal for me cuz im not from america :)

  • there was a problem in California in california adventure california screamin rolled back when i was on it. it was scary but i got to ride it again.

  • What do you mean it rolled back? In what part of the ride?

  • When it launches, it might not get it's full speed (because of wind ect.) And will not get OVER the first hill. When that happens, the coaster rolls back to the launch and brakes, so it can launch again!

  • Actually, it did roll back because of either wind, rain, or mechanical malfunction. You might have seen it launch 100's of times (which I doubt), but you still might have missed it. Roll backs are a very rare occurance. So, please reaserch before you criticize.

  • Wind or rain? Rain? Have you ever been to So Cal? Ever study physics? You doubt that I've seen it launch 100's of times? I've been going to DCA two times a year since Feb 01. I spend approx 3 days per visit there. I watch Screamin launch 10-20 times each day. Do the math or get a calculator if you can't mutiply that high. They test the track, the trains, and the brakes (especially after the collision a few years back) all the time. This rollback is part of the testing process. Idiot.

  • Geez... No need to be so rude... It's just a ride. O_o

People would be more willing to listen and would respect your knowledge if you weren't so condescending about it.

  • Like I give a fuck? I'm sick of ignorant people opening their retarded mouths and spouting off about shit that they know nothing about; like they are some sort of experts.

  • true dat

  • you don't seem very laffy, mister....xD

  • @disneyfreak288...rollbacks are known to happen all the time with theses types of rides....Mainly from rides like Xcelerator at KBF...Due to weight condiations on the train. rain, wind, or malfunction like you said above...Rollbacks mainly happen during early morning test runs...Its just part of the design in theses Intamin rides and plus the motors of the launch also have to warm up...(dont mean to start and arguement are anything)

  • LOL! THAT IS TRUE

  • He is right. Wind can play a vital roll in these happenings. They can happen on ever launched coaster. If the wind is going toward the car than it can prevent the car from making it over the top of the hill.

Ps. How do they test the track? rotfl.

  • You're the ignorant one.

  • what da hell is rong asshole

  • this ride does not use a chain its all magnet for the track lifts

    anzyviorth is wrong

  • yea wtf is this

  • i was there when this happened

  • It probably happened many times though.

  • o crap i though California screaming could not have roll backs

    sweet

  • Screaming over California? LOL! Its "California Screaming" and the other ride is "Soaring over California" But they should call the maliboomer thing "screaming over california"

  • yea that makes a lot more sense but but they call it maliboomer i think cus wen u go up u can c malibo

    I THINK I DONT KNO 4 SURE

  • It's called Maliboomer because it fits and it its cool.

  • ohh ok thanks i didnt really kno

  • the name you made up is a cross between California Screamin' and Soarin' over California.

Wow, that is a lot of apostraphes.

  • i rode that coaster, doeasnt really do that, u pulll out from the station and then sit for a min then u get launched by a steam powered launcher

  • Uhhh, no you dont. You roll out, sit until the block in front of you clears, and then you get launched by LIMs which are water cooled due to high launch frequencies. There is no steam involved.

And this is just a ride reset. Its not the actual ride.

  • tcopatricks true. its not steam powered. I asked the track managers, and they said its just for special effects to make it look like steam power. its just linear induction motors, or lims as he said. That how the coaster gets its power.not from a chain, but lims.

  • true, it does not use chains, but it does later...

    no comment.

  • No, it uses wheels to the top of the 108 foot drop. There is no chain envolved in the big drop.

  • Its called a roll-back.

  • wtf is this?

  • That's wierd. The train is going backwards down the launch track. Weird but cool!
