No, they don't use your calves at all, unless you get Powerskip Pros with the pivoting footplates. However, they use pretty much every other muscle in your body and you'll be sore from using them until you reach a whole new level of fitness.
In my experience (completely new to bocking) they do use your calves, just not in the way you might expect. You press your foot into the footplate to make minute changes in weight shifting for balancing purposes, this translates into a bit of a calf workout if you're not used to it. I suspect that a lot of people who skateboard and the like already have these muscles built up, but I really noticed it a lot the first time I used them.
i realy want one of these, and btw can a 80-90 kg (from europe) stilt do for a 60 kg person?

Its like the leaf spring needs to be in the front so that you don't "hook" stuff with it in the OEM configuration.
