  • what's up with sublime soundtrack in all these vids?

  • @enjoyjared sublime is awesome thats what's up

  • Its like the leaf spring needs to be in the front so that you don't "hook" stuff with it in the OEM configuration.

  • Do these things last long? Isn't the stress on the spring damaging?

  • @Gunner193 not really when they're broken in they almost never break

  • 1:08 funny :D

  • what the cheapest pair

  • nice job!! keep'm coming!

  • No, they don't use your calves at all, unless you get Powerskip Pros with the pivoting footplates. However, they use pretty much every other muscle in your body and you'll be sore from using them until you reach a whole new level of fitness.

  • or unless u are already at that lvl of fitness

  • In my experience (completely new to bocking) they do use your calves, just not in the way you might expect. You press your foot into the footplate to make minute changes in weight shifting for balancing purposes, this translates into a bit of a calf workout if you're not used to it. I suspect that a lot of people who skateboard and the like already have these muscles built up, but I really noticed it a lot the first time I used them.
