Hey Nick. Watched this video again and realized my comments could easily be misinterpreted. It is true I didn't think much of the cars when I saw them in the catalog. However, watching them on your layout, I see how great they are - AND the loco is awesome. Negative comments are for internet tough guy cowards :). If I were going to start making negative comments, they certainly wouldn't be on somebody who has been as nice to me as you have. Keep 'em comin' dude.

Sweet set Nick. I too saw them in the catalog and was like, eh, but they are definitely worth picking up. Someone should suggest to Lionel that they do a video catalog or give free samples to fans to have them do it for them.

I think Legacy is the best way to run trains...you can run legacy trains, classic TMCC, Atlas, weaver...only bad thing is NO MTH trains. But I will say presonally as a newcomer to MTH's DCS system....it does Rival the legacy...But its more outdated I think than legacy. plus Legacy is a lot more user friendly. @PghTrainFanatic Well i am happy and sad to say i am tearing her down...BUT I will be rebuilding her after football season. It will be a more prototypical layout and give me way more room to enjoy the trains. It is going to be a table about 2 or 3' wide around the outside of the room with a yard and city scene on one side, at least thats the plan. lol also it will have larger curves to allow me larger engines. theres still alot of kinks i need to work out but thats all part of it i guess.

I guess its just a totally different looking engine and I like that it mixes up the look of the NS fleet...I wish NS would make real life Heritage engines too! :)

Personally, I like the horn on this one more than any of the other diesels I own! It just has this melody to it that I can't get enough of! And I got the matching caboose with the purchase, so all I needed was the tank car to complete the set, so I snagged up the cheapest one on ebay! That engine is sweeeetttt! I just got the Norfolk and Western version in the same series. It is cooler than the other side of the pillow. Please, please do a video on how you weather your fastrack. The horn is like music. Great video.

Awesome! I never knew the engine said 4300 Horsepower. Too bad it would actually be 4400. It looks great with the box car, the tank car, and the caboose. It sounds fantastic. I like the motto on the caboose too.
