This was one of the first games I ever played as a child. The very first that I actually remember playing. I remember refraining from playing and lingering in the main menu to enjoy the menu music. What kind of game has such engaging main menu music that someone would rather listen to it than play the game? Evidently, this kind.

Terran's music is burned into my brain because when I was four years old I was no good at making progress. Too busy doing barrel rolls.

I played this game when I was seven. the bases above the cloud layer with missiles shooting into the sky was just so frustrating to me! Zelda OOT, Pokemon Yellow, monstertruck madness, and fury 3 were my first games.

I thought exactly the same thing. This game and MUSIC for that matter, keep a very impressive feeling of...epicness and...deepness.

This game not only proved that gameplay was essential to the enjoyment of a game, but also made essential the fact of having a great music or soundtrack (call it what you want) to enjoy a game to it's fullest.

It lies dormant in our souls for we, veterans, have played it firsthand when the era of computer videogames first emerged. We shall never forget it.

this brings back memorys. the thing is, i havent played this game in over a decade. i never even thought of this game the past 14 or so years. i just happened to think of the game a few weeks ago (when reminiscing about my first videogames), and when i thought of this game, i instantly could reproduce this song in my head. its just amazing to me how the memory of this song could lay dormant in my head for 14 years and yet i could still vividly replay it in my head.
