BTW. U don't have to drag it Down to the bottom left hand side to crop it to the whole image. U can do it from anywhere. Just press the green like and drag.
I'm trying to figure out how to make my background not move when I scroll through pages.

Or grab Wallpaper Set & Save from the market. Makes it even simpler than this and doesn't even bother trying to crop the photo at all, automatically using the whole image.
