At a time when most people view Christianity as being 'homophobic', surely a more appropriate measure would be to be honest about what the Bible says, but in a more intimate context. If a homosexual unbeliever or believer wants to talk about these issues then do it in a one-to-one situation.

That is different from what you protestants say but us catholics do not deny that sexual orientation is genetic.

If they did made a bill of rights, it would actually help the gov. At the moment human rights decisions are made by foreign (ie culturally different) judges in Europe. Making a bill of rights would bring the decisions (and the rights) home.

@jwissick if I stuck proof right in front of you, you'd see it but refuse to acknowledge it. Since you clearly aren't interested in God, why do you like arguing about Him so much? Denying God is also evidence for God. God is in continual existence and one characteristic of atheists in denial is their need to continually deny Him. You are evidence for the existence of God. Now do you see what I mean? I don't expect you to like this but it is true. If there were no God there would be no atheism, Atheism is itself evidence for God, otherwise you are desperately trying to deny nothing.

There is no reason to deny Santa as we all know he is fictional, but you persist in your delusion that gods exist just as a 3 year old still isn't wise enough to realize that santa is BS.

@jwissick and this is why both children and adults do believe in God; because He isn't fictional and that is the same reason you are obsessed in denying Him without success; because God is real – you know it really. @jwissick A friend of mine has a child who when 18 months old fractured her leg and had it x-rayed and splinted until it could be set in cast the next day. They put her to bed, prayed a simple prayer over her and in the morning found her jumping up and down in the cot waving the splint in her hands. The x-ray showed the fracture had gone. She was baptised last week, 12 yrs old and nope, not uneducated nor inexperienced.
