No, It's just that if your xbox breaks and you get a replacement unit you won't be able to play it offline and there's also the chance of losing your account, Plus you can't resell the game if you buy it on Xbox Originals.

Yeah but even so, If I got it on Xbox Originals, and got tired of it.... I could delete it. There's two more times I can download the game, on my xbox or bysigning in on another person's xbox. After the Third time, you have to re-purchase it. I know my Xbox live information so I don't see that being a problem. :)
