A genuine artifact of pure punk rock chewing on cheesy late 70's variety show scenery with chipped and missing teeth. I think the advent of MTV & Satellite TV had a lot to blame for "commercialising" Iggy.I've seen Iggy twice now..in 1977 & 1990 in Glasgow, and I would say that he has still got the rough edge he had in the early days.

@TheFacelessK Bowie, much as I loved his early stuff, always said Iggy was an influence on him. OK maybe Iggy did go a bit commercial, and I agree that The Stoogies "Raw Power" was exactly what it was. I think the advent of MTV & Satellite TV had a lot to blame for "commercialising" Iggy.I've seen Iggy twice now..in 1977 & 1990 in Glasgow, and I would say that he has still got the rough edge he had in the early days.
