Actually, the round is shot off not by a single hammer but by a little jolt of electricity. So the rof is determined by the speed of the barrels rotating considering whether or not the belt will feed properly into each individual barrel. At least that's how it works in the Vulcan 20 and 30 mm cannons (miniguns)
@ken0is0gay0fan0club the vehicle/platform upon which it is located. a 7.62x51mm M134 gatlingun weighs 300 pounds. a 7.62x51mm fired from a 10-pound rifle is relatively mild. so, 30x that, given this is happening 2000+ times a minute, equals very little recoil.

@eventror if you look at the white thing at the back of the bullet you see it go back and spring forward which fires the bullet

i dont see and reciol on the bolt(s) i know this gun has low recoil but it has to have some where does it disperse it to?
