I know it's not Haifa singing. I wrote that in the information.

  • I only recently learned of Ofra Haza and that is my loss. What a beautiful singer

  • nice photos but very noisy and bad song its un beleivable to listen to all this noise!!

  • Wow! She's GORGEOUS!!!

  • The female singer in "Temple of love" is Ofra Haza! The Queen of Middle East.

    R.I.P. Ofra!

  • Wowwww, Haifa + Sisters of Mercy = FANTASTIC!!!! I´m fan of both!!!!

  • @Yael666

Thanks, I'm glad someone else gets the unusual combination in this video.

  • @FrankCoffman

    Perfect!!!Good taste!!!

  • Frank,You shouldn't even bother replying to the haters like "habibiyaeini3" "yameyameyame" & "sexyJasmine44"

To be honest i think Haifa Wehbe looks the same before she got her nose done...& you right about her faceical expressions;she change's them every time she appears on stage :) PLUS she doesn't look like she got her cheeks done at all!her recent music video "baba fen" she looks like herself from years go.Haifa Wehbe will be hated on & it just makes her a strong and better person :)

  • gailmanzo,

Thanks for your comments. Your points are well-taken.

  • is very beautiful ... no matter if it is true that there is more than forty surgeries on his body, yet is very beautiful ... the most beautiful of Lebanon

  • megga babe ,but ide like to see her doing a vertion of Floorshow? discuse..Noiseovshadow

  • holly shit...

    she is sooo pretty

  • Very funny! I love Sisters of Mercy and I think Haifa is a gorgeous woman (though she went a little crazy on the plastic surgery).

Interesting "subliminal message" take on it, too ;)

  • yame',

You are one of the few people who is familiar with both the Sisters of Mercy and Haifa Wehbe. She doesn't have anything to do with this song, but I thought her images would go well with it. Yes, there are a few subliminal messages, such as pics of the Temple of Isis to represent the temple of love.

Contrary to popular belief, Haifa hasn't had much plastic surgery, except to her nose. As you may know, that kind of surgery is common in Lebanon, which is a mecca for cosmetic surgery.

  • Interestingly enough I am not just familiar with both; I listen to both Sisters of Mercy and Haifa quite often.

But I have to disagree with that statement about her not having had a lot of plastic surgery. From seeing her old pictures and her new ones, I can see she's had enough surgery to make her look like a completely new person, more so than even Nancy Ajram.

She's had her lips, nose, and cheeks done *at least,* could have more. Regardless, she's still gorgeous.

  • Yame,

I've seen old pics of Haifa, too. Her lips haven't changed, but her way of applying of lipsitck has.

The main reason she looks different now is that she has changed her makeup and her style. In old pics, she didn't smile or show much expression. Since then, her being and presence have changed and grown. She is much more expressive and self-confident now -- and it shows. Her cheeks are the same. She looks different almost every time she appears because she is very versatile.

  • I know enough about make-up and what it does and doesn't change.

I know enough about expression and the usage of camera angles to understand how they can flatter or "unflatter" a person, making them look totally different.

All those things considered, the shape of her lips is still different. Her cheeks protrude way more, so that the shape of her face is *completely* different from how it used to be in her old pics. And these are just the things I can tell for sure.

  • Yame,

She hasn't changed her lips or cheeks. A person's cheeks look bigger if they are smiling. Sometimes now, her cheeks look fairly small, not cherubic, depending on her expression. Facial expression makes a big difference.

Haifa looks different every time she appears on stage -- but not because she gets plastic surgery every week.

She has denied getting cosmetic surgery except to her nose. Her lips look different now because she used to apply lipstick beyond the edges of her lips.

  • Now you can keep insisting it's not plastic surgery. You are, of course, a huge fan of hers, and undying admiration of an idol is to be expected from fans.

Personally like I said, I enjoy some of her music and her beauty, but that does not blind me from seeing how she got it. If you can't see that, it's pointless for either of us to keep arguing about it.

  • yame,

I have some old pics of Haifa in which she looks very similar to the way she looks now, except for her nose -- and her makeup. Also, with age, a person's face naturally changes over the years.

Not only are Haifa's looks different than she looked 10 years ago -- even nowadays, her looks change almost every time she appears. She is versatile. She has a lot of different expressions, styles and personas that she projects at different times.

  • Come on Frank, get real. Haifa is as plastic as they come!Dont get me wrong, Im a fan but dont tell me she hasnt had lots of plastic surgery. Some people dont consider collagen and botox surgery tho.

  • habibiyaeini3

Where did you get the idea that Haifa has had lots of plastic surgery?

Plastic surgery cannot beauty. Women have plastic surgery to correct flaws, etc., but these women don't become beautiful as a result. To the contrary, they often look weird and unnatural. Haifa doesn't look like that.

Like Marilyn Monroe, Haifa changed her nose. Haifa was always beautiful -- a beauty pageant winner when she was a teenager. She looks different now mostly because her makeup style has changed.

  • Beauty is in the eye of the beholder :)

Anyone one can tell just by watching her interviews and pictures that she has had stuff done. Before I would agree that she didnt look weird or unnatural but lately I cant agree. He makeup style has changed and I really admire her makeup but her whole face shape has changed! makeup cannot to do that.

  • habibiyaeini3

I just put a new photo (taken 3 days ago) of Haifa on my channel. Take a look. Do you think she looks strange or unnatural? I don't think so. The shape of her face is the same -- but her expressions vary greatly.

Haifa looks different almost every time she appears because she has many different expressions, styles and personas. She looked different in the movie "Dokkan Shehata." Does she have plastic surgery every week? No, she looks different because she has many sides.

  • Yeah I saw that picture and she looks nice. That cant convince me she hasnt had surgery tho and of course no one has surgery every week LOL! But she has had more than her nose done. There is an interview recently and her face looks so puffy and unnatural. Its obvious she has had fillers in the hollows of her cheeks and maybe at the top, Im not sure. Its not the makeup or even different face expressions LOL.

  • Unfortunately I think Haifa has become obsessed with her own self image. Did you see the interview where the host complimented the other actress in her movie and she looked like she wanted to vomit?

  • The EYES.....EYES....Not bad.

  • sexyJasmine,

Why are you so hateful and foul mouthed? What's your problem? Can't you express yourself without insults and profanities? You have no manners & no respect. Why are you so angry? Are you so psycho or what?

Now, to answer your rude question, in this video, she's dressed in tight black leather outfits and she takes on appearances that look somewhat goth. I'm not saying she's a goth. But she looks that way in these pics and clips. Calm down. Your hostility makes you sound crazy.

  • fuck off haifa isnt no goth just couse shes wairing black and that eye liner doesnt mean shes goth i do mines like that too its a stile u dumshit

    arabs do it like that

  • Very special, I really like it. Those images are stunning. I wonder where you get them.

  • Nilmoy,

Thanks, I'm glad you like the video.

There are many websites, such Waleg, that have a lot of photos. HaifaFans (which will be back up in a couple of days) and AnaHaifa websites both have a lot of videos, pictures, news, etc.

  • Nice video frank!!!

  • This version of the song subtitled by the Sisters of Mercy "Touched by the hand of Ofra Haza". Suitably reverential regard for the talent of a charming, unassuming legend.

  • KNJGSY,

Thanks for adding that information. I appreciate your comments. I haven't gotten over the death of Ofra Haza -- and I know that I never will.

Haifa Wehbe doesn't have anything to do with this song, except that I think she looks good with it. I know it's peculiar to match an Arab singer's image with an Israeli singer's voice. That's my subliminal message for reconciliation between nations.

  • I understand your message. Haifa is new to me. I found this looking for new Ofra Haza related uploads. Ofra successfully bridged the divide between Jew and Arab peoples, she was loved by very many of both. There is a YouTube video of Ofra singing 'Amen To The Words" in Arabic.

I will look for Haifa to discover what she sounds like.

  • I love the beginning because that part of the clip her eyes are so beautiful. She is so gorgeous mashalla

  • frak very nice pix of haifa she is soooooooooooooooo pretty

    thnx

  • 3:17-holy shit..that was cool how you did that. :( and ic ant

  • Is that Ofra Haza singing the female's part? Anyway.. beautiful video, in every way!! I wish Haifa wouldn't dye her hair brown because it looks so much better naturally raven.

  • There's nobody else with that voice.

  • KNJGSY,

Yes, I agree. Ofra Haza -- what a beautiful voice and a beautiful person. It's so sad that she's gone.

  • Have a good search of YouTube because that is where her fans are keeping her music alive, thank goodness. Apparently, Ofra was recently voted Israel's best female singer in its 60-year history. In my opinion, the best on Earth in her time - and beyond. Phenomenal talent. Yes, beautiful in every aspect of her person.

  • KNJGSY,

Yes, I'm also glad that Ofra Haza's performances are kept alive and available on YouTube so that people can find out about her.

I agree with you, she was a wonderful person and a phenomenal talent. It's terribly sad that she died too young. I love seeing the videos of her performances, although they bring me to tears to think that she's gone.

  • Try playing Ofra's "Jerusalem of Gold" in the background when you are holding a conversation with somebody. It doesn't matter what context you are in or that the other person doesn't understand Hebrew, and they have never heard of Ofra Haza. You will get a least a break in conversation, a lump in the other person's throat, even a tear. A hallmark of a truly talented singer!

  • lebasilah,

Yes, that's Ofra Haza (1957-2000) singing. I understand that she was called in later to add vocals after the Sisters of Mercy had recorded the song. Her voice adds a lot to it.
