I mean who wud want to spend £400 ($550) on a 4870x2 wen u can get the 3870x2 which runs basically all my games (cod4,codwaw,hl2,crysis) all at over 70fps on max res!!! so the 4870x2 is a good deal if you want a card thats twice as fast. also. crysis at 2250/1600 maxxed out with 72fps.... you sure?

I prefer Nvidia less bullshit to deal with. drivers work better! but I haven't messed with ATI is years so I don't really have a clue how they are now. I do know that they change card and chip design and keep part #'s the same. so you may know know what you are getting. Nvidia is similar but they change the part #'s. found this out looking at the 3870's there are 3 different 1's blue,red and black. same #

Actually, most people who tend to flame about how Vista sucks, usually have 1GB of RAM.

I have 4GB's of DDR3 nowadays, Vista boots so much quicker than what XP did, an my games all run better.

I'll admit that some of them didn't work, meaning I had to find a work around... but thats not down to Vista, thats the companys *cough* UBISOFT *cough* that just ditch there games because they can't be bothered to patch them.

Don't blame Vista, its great, complain to your hardware/software providers.
