  • the street version of Soul Calibur if it was created by AM3

  • I completely forgot that I still have my pc port of this game until I saw this. I think im gonna try to reinstall it.

  • This video comes from a demo disc free with Official Sega Saturn Magazine. I remember the music.

  • cool

  • Man, is this the NTSC version? Looks like a hell of a lot faster than my UK PAL version, at least.

  • fighting with helth bars sucks games with critical hit systems rule like bushido blade did

  • brings back memories.

  • i used to have this game on saturn too. I loved the opening

  • Loved this game.

  • was this better then fighting vipers?????

  • yo i play the hell out of this game! Joe was my fav.

  • oh didnt see this for ages, it was such a cool saturn game :)

  • yusaku is my fav!!!!!!

  • Gamplay looks great and the soundtrack is great.

  • please help me how can i download this?:S:S i dont know

  • Download Realplayer 11 at realplayer dot com

  • This game has a great sound! The music is well composed, the voice acting is pretty decent and the effects are simply awesome. Great game indeed!

  • My favorite was yusaku i think... very good game

  • Redye was the man! I still have this game=I gotta get another Sega Saturn and soon!

  • stupid troll

  • Had this one on the PC, but I gave it to my cousin from India.

  • haha india is well poor.

  • I have this game for the PC...over 7 years now, still works very well, and the game is excellent fighter. I wish sega would make a sequel to this insteald of VF, and least give this old game a chance again.

  • LOL i think the same, well i used 2 play this game with my brother like 5 years ago, i used yusaku and lisa in almost all d fights! i was very good but d cd got damaged so i can't play now :'( i wish u could tell me where in d web could get d game

  • The game is in Ebay, both pc and sega version

  • A YouTube video does this game little justice, one of the most fluid and well made fighters ever, the quality of the models and texturing just shows that with effort the Saturn could more than competein the 3D department!

Such a shame that most people judge the Saturn's graphical capabilitys by Virtua Fighter and Daytona USA, philistines.

    segasaturn(dot)co(dot)uk

  • had this on pc back wen it came out but someone stole it from me

  • Had this demo on a Saturn demo disc but the qualoty wasnt as good as this video.

  • was never as good as virtua fighter

  • i remember this game

  • sonic team was am7

  • It's not true.

Sega CS3 > Sega Soft Dev #8 > Sonic Team Corp.

    In Sega of Japan,

AM section - amusement(arcade) games developer

CS section - consumer(console) games developer

  • A.M.8, I thought lol. Correct me if i'm wrong.

  • No, Sega AM7 was Overworks, the team responsible for the Shinobi and Streets of Rage games.

  • then who is sonicteam. AM5, or AM8

  • Sonic Team is AM8, but they first established their name after the first Sonic the Hedgehog came out.

And AM5 was Sega Rosso, the team that did Sega Rally and Initial D: Arcade Stage. In fact, some of the members made the first Ridge Racer from Namco.

  • yeah, i know that :D

  • I bought the PAL version of this in the UK the day it was released. Years later I picked up the Japanese version for cheap (I had techincal troubles with my Saturn and also wanted a proper 60hz version). I recently got the Japan only PS2 Sega Ages 2500 version. I knew the faked 2D backgrounds on Saturn were fantastic, but compared to the arcade 3D they look like a work of genius. The 2 versions are very difficult to tell apart and in no way could you feel let down by the Saturn version.

  • Yo, is there an anime on this?! The graphics from the intro look tight and I wanna see or play this game if it's still available. I've got a Sega Saturn too, but only a few games. Damn, I'm so unlucky! :(

  • we're still playing this game héhé :p

  • last bronx - me playing kurosawa

    pwnage

  • noob! you play the fastest character and not a single perfect! i kick your ass with JOE! ;)

  • joe was AWSAOME

  • ive heard of AM2, but not AM3.

  • AM3 didn't have a nice logo. I thought they made House of the Dead but I read it was AM1. They definitely made Sega Rally though Wikipedia says otherwise. Wiki has lots of mistakes in their Sega section. Apparently also Crazy Taxi.

  • am1 made vampire night with namco, and am3 (hitmaker) made confidential mission. if your saying they didnt make crazy taxi, they did.

  • LB was already, just wish you'd get up from the ground faster. that was one annoying part i think. or atleast make it not so easy to get knocked down lol

  • I love Last Bronx yet it could be so much more. The moves aren't outstanding and hard hitting.. But I found the chars and city at night backgrounds to be cool.. the whole street fight atmosphere was there. Music was fun too. JP version was very easy, English versions were hella hard to beat.

  • Many times I had fun with this game, and other times my controller went flying because it used to stress me out!

If I remember right, it was UP then LEFT to select RedEye.

Been about 6+ years since I played it last! Favourite fighting game for me.

  • Man that is a short time limit on the game i hope you can change it awsome video.

  • I like song when the game begins and the end, when that red dude comes out

  • I rember that beatem up being very hard. I had it on the Saturn.

  • Those clothes are odd, but i like theme.

  • soul calibur is 1000000X's better

  • i don't know. i have both and i like both. they both play very differently.

  • Who's playing?

  • No way were people wearing stuff like this at the time. Those clothes looks like some stuff from the 80's.
