Orly was the main airport of Paris at the time this song was composed.

At that time, many politic ativists and some artists left Brazil to live in exile abroad because of the dictatorship. After few years, all of them come back, when Brazil started a "slow and safe" transtion back to democracy. This song feature this time and somebody in exile seeing a Brazilian departing back from Paris to Rio.
