@writersblock91289 Well it depends, if seeing you GP then you can book an appointment on the same day, if it's for a hospital appointment usualy about up to a month, sometimes a bit over depending on the seriousness of the case. Of course private is quicker but it's expensive, and in the UK it's optional or can be given to as a benefit of your job.

@CdrJamesCool In Canada they have free Health insurance. BUT you have to wait like 9 months to see a doctor. So if you are sick that sucks cause you have to make an appointment 9 months ahead of time.
@LiveLaughLex exactly. the awesome thing about health insurance is i can see a doctor in less than a week. i don't care if i have to pay a few extra dollars a paycheck; it's worth it to see a doctor faster. helped me in a lot of tight spots
