Taking everything he did up to Bazooka Tooth (which was fucking lots) I still only think Aesop Rock has made about 10 decent tracks. His lyrics are too inaccessible. I personally don't get much joy out of listening to an album I need to spend years deciphering. His delivery is also too guttural, it wears thin after a while. Having said that, those 10 songs are pretty special. I think this is one of them.

aesop has mad rhythm even on tracks like this one his flow kills anything else once you get use to it. i could never go back to listening to "regular" music like everyone else thanks to aes :).

wow yeah that happens to me too, sometimes his lines get stuck in my head before i even process them, like i'll be listening, and some things just pass by, and then a few weeks later i'll have a line in my head, and find it in one of his songs and not remember ever hearing it before
