Do you think your god would allow there to be starvation and mass death in Africa etc. I don't if there was an omnipotent, omniscient being who had the power to save these people who don't commit any sin, these people who are born in to poverty, starvation and death, these children who don't make 1 year old. He allows them to die slowly and painfully. He supposedly 'loves' mankind yet he allows small children to die, I think that disproves the existence of some divine being.

If we do follow the bible stories, god set us up to fall! then created hell, so that we will suffer forever when we die. god is a looney that wants to see pain and suffering.

I'm not 100% sure there is no god or goddess in the same way I'm not 100% sure there is no Loch Ness Monster. I think it is highly unlikely. What I am 100% sure of is the god of the bible isn't there.

there was no Adam & Eve, no Noah and no hell. if there is a god or force it doesn't seem to have much to do will humans.

But when we look at nature we see that we are animals, we breathe, breed & bleed like all other mammals and we die like them too.

How can you deny that we are animals.

It is hard, but faith is an unexplainable thing. I went to a church that made you follow all these stupid rules like: You can't dance, or listen to secular music. They really didn't know who God was. I've listened to sermons that talked about exactly what I was having trouble w/) and tried really hard to find God, and ask him to give you more faith, he would. I wouldn't give up on him just yet. I can understand Faith in god, a belief that there is a higher power who is there and can protect you and save you from the evils of the world - I understand that fully, a feeling of safety and of a reason to live but I just don't believe.
