@azistar Exactly Pokemon Chaos Black was a hack rom that was never finished and got leaked the VERY Last day it was canceled it was BETA 1 when i was leaked and still is beta. Some People are recovering the Project (Cannot List Names But its on PokeCommunity) and renaming it Pokemon ChaosWhite Or ChaosLegacy. Oh and its Real not reel

You can do it without cheats - level up a magicarp that you can buy in the PC before MT.MOON, and he will learn to 'surf' or something. The game is a pain in the ass, if you ask me...
