It's dumb to do steroids in MMA because there are so many regulations, but honestly, it doesn't have a whole hell of a lot to do with these guy's abilities. It'd help their endurance and their ability to recuperate from injury, but it wont help you get that neck crank or tangled up double wrist lock. This fight would have been amazing if Barnett wasn't eating roids like candy. Too bad. The dude's an abuser, why else throw away his career like that? It's like telling UFC guys not to drink.

That fight isn't just off. Then entire Affliction MMA Event Hosting is over. They are focusing one what they do best. Make T-shirst, and sponsor fighters. They struck a deal with the UFC to re-enter back into the sponsoring aspect since they are no longer a competitor to them. Barnett has burned his last bridge. He was to be paid approx. 1.5 Million for the fight against Fedor, and it is such a waste to flush it down the toilet by taking some banned substance to gain an edge.

barnett's jiujitsu and submission game is very good, as he showed with the near leg lock he tried against nogueira for instance and with his subs against many other fighters. i just don't think barnett will win because i don't think he can hang with fedor in the striking, and i don't think he can hold nor control fedor on the ground.
