sadly, no there isnt, since dirk left mike has had to take over on the grove function in the band to compensate for bens crappy bass playing, so it seems as if there will be no more SCIENCE or Make Yourself style albums :(

that is an amazing song. make yourself doesnt really count, thats still incubus. and i like him but the hidden track on calgone and all the alien shit they used to do is so sick and the new stuff i can get into but its lost a lot of spunk the old stuff had. the old stuff is about ants crawling into girls vaginas and the new music is about how boys and girls tend not to get along. if you ask me they lost their edge and kind of remind me of everything else out there now.

well I would say morning view was the epitome of incubus in all honesty, whole hell of a lot of Floyd fabric in that one. It's strange though that the most acceptably mainstream album they had-Make Yourself had by far the most swearing in it.

he swears eloquently, and morning view is still good incubus, different but still very very good, i even like a few songs on crow left of the murder but that album is where it starts getting weird and light grenades also has a couple good ones but a few very annoying ones. and black heart innertia is like festival band music. you know that sound you hear every band at a festival making. just straight forward and uninspired. i miss tunes like summer romance, fusion stuff.

The Phase 90 only needs one control knob, it's a beautiful sounding pedal, and Mike uses it a lot, not just in the recordings but just randomly during live performances as well.

Mike doesn't really use a flanger. He had one in his rig for a while but he used his phasers during live shows. Even in the recordings, the flanger isn't really present. I would recommend the Boss PH-2 or the MXR Phase 90. If you want examples of both, the PH-2 is featured in this song and the Phase 90 is in the intro of Nowhere Fast.

There's no flanger in this song, just the phaser and octaver. We've been in discussion about posting cover videos of other bands, and also some original work as well, but probably won't get to it for a couple of months so stay tuned.
