I think it is based on if it has a new engine on it. They say these run forever. Mines a 250 now with new vavle seal and it runs great. The only issue i have with mine is excess smoking when i start it but i think i over filled it with oil. I love the bike as is. I say go for it, but again im 14.
@sory24712 my uncles has one of these and it also smokes like shit when started its a common thing with em as they are 4 stroke models that is nice bike tho

@adriktm125 nope, its a 03' says right on the frame, title, and everything, my unlce had the bike before me, and he did alot to it, im not sure where the plastics came from, but the bike is an 03'
@ktmrider228 i didnt ride it before the kit but right now you can walk up a hill in 2 gear if you have a facebook you can look at more photos and look at the hill climb i did...but yeah the bike have tons of low end and just takes you anywhere...my name is Andrew kormos for facebook
@ktmrider228 my uncle had the bike and he had the big bore kit put in it.. they dont make the 305 kit any more but we need to find the paper then i can tell you. this weekend we went riding and my sprocket came loose and it ruined my hub so i wont be riding it for awhile.
Umm I'm not sure but has that been built for mx? Cause it looks like the sx-f not exc... Just wondering
