just get audiograbber & jack it directly off the youtube video. just make sure to add &fmt=18 to the video's URL for best sound quality.

once you've recorded a WAV, use audacity to trim the beginning & end & you'll have whatever song you want from streaming audio, but without ever getting a virus.

I dont make music too often, but I like to take samples from tracks I like, that can be beats, strings or just pieces of coolness and then I cut them together, pitch them or do whatever to make the rythm good in adobe premiere :) its a media program and not only for music, infact its probably not too good for making music but when you know the program you can do awsome stuff :) I do lots of remixes or just make tracks I like longer :)

@Joulboy Nothing beats Renoise for that. It's basically a sampler with a crazy built in sequencer. It looks like something NASA would use but once you get the hang of it that's all she wrote for all those other poser apps. Respect the architect, breakbeat is king.
