Our economy is STILL 2/3 consumpiotn and 1/3 production.  In the next few years our debt will equal at or above 50% of our GDP. There are still many people who are in ARM's and they'll be adjusting again soon and the commercial real estate market is about ready to tank as bad or worse as the recent residential crash.

We are far from being in the clear.
