  • Andearea- yes I did. Kinda confusing. Not a good video to watch if you're new at this.

  • Did anyone else notice that she applied the clear gel, removed tacky layer, FILED, and then when she went to aplly the color, the nail was suddenly glossy again... as it she'd never filed it!!! This video is SO misleading.

  • I've seen other videos on this product and I don't remember seeing so many steps to it. I don't like this method at all.

  • This seems sooooooo annoying and Complicating! And it came out ugly and short .Fail.

  • waaaaaaaaaay too complicated

  • i really like IBD products, but i dont think their products are specific to this application. that takes wayyyy too long.

  • Wtf! Waaaay to much gel and time

  • You have to be kidding me! Way to many steps!! I wouldn't even want to have this one to me.

  • You have to be kidding me! Way to many steps!!

  • It's gross that she actually brushed the cuticle oil on the finger.

Oil is a huge berating ground for bacteria. That's COMPLETELY unsanitary

  • i love gel polish. no drilling, it feels natural, it lasts long, and it doesn't ruin your nails when you remove it :)

  • For the pull back comment... It is necessary to cap the free edge with the gel polish as well... If u saw in the video, the free edge wasn't capped correctly. To prevent this. Cap the free edge both times. Remember u can use the emerald file to smooth out the edge. The ultra seal will ensure that the entire nail is sealed after curing. Just make sure u cap the edge as well.

  • what is the nail colour of the ibd's professionist in the video? is a gel ?

  • Or you could just paint your nails with varnish.

  • Hi:

You may remove IDB "Soak Off" Gel Nail Colors with IDB Soak Off Nail Remover.

For non-soak off gel nail color, manual or electronic filing may be necessary, in addition to an acetone based nail polish remover (for natural nails), or non-acetone based nail polish remover (for artificial nails).

In my experience, acrylic nail soak off solution does not work for for some gel products, as they seem to magically remain intact on the nail plate.

    -Ciao, AA

  • does any body know how to take gel nails of

  • @angelnegro85 to take color gels off is to just soak them off with acetone.

  • The girl doing the nails has unbelievably beautiful hands.

  • @DAconqu3r3r they both have

  • During the first cure of the Gel Polish the product shrunk and pulled away from the free edge which wasnt corrected before the second cure if you look at the nail before its put back into the light. What did you do to fix that problem since we viewers didnt get to see it? When the nail was taken out the tip was covered again. Look closely since the pull away is a big issue with gel product. And I wouldnt buy this as a tech, too many steps involved, seems like this IBD gel polish is a pain.

  • @sobeitbaby if you still havent found a gel nail kit yet i definetly recommend the All Season No Lite Gel Kit for around $20.00 @ Sallys Beauty Supply

  • @sobeitbaby Hi!! I'm using IBD, and find there are way too manyn steps. I'm a nail tech but have only been soing nails for a year. Is there a greal gel line that you would reccommend?? I'd love to find an easy quick system that is quality, and lasts!

Thanks so much for your help:)

  • @Andearea omg... sorry for all the typos!! !
