I had a few issues on the patch harness, and for a few days in there the only way to crank the engine was to bridge the starter motor solenoids manually. I did wire it to a push button on the dash before I sold the car.
yea thats how i used to start my old bush basher ran some wires fromstarter, and from the dizzy to shut it down had em hooked up to some missle switchs it looked mad as
I reall like that as a conversion, one of my freinds just put a twin turbo 1uz into a 4runner. not my first choice of cars, but still a nasty conversion.

Too bad I had to sell it. I will play with a MK2 again, and a 1UZ again, however I doubt they will be the same project again.
