Glad you liked the song. :-) I do like to have the words in mind while I play, as the words suggest rhythms (the written music often needs a little 'tweaking' to sound right, I've found).
It does take a lot of breath, and I do get light-headed at times, but I regard this as one of the attractions of the instrument. ;-) When I get REALLY going, I've occasionally had the sensation of my entire body going numb - like one's arm falling asleep - but all over. Been a while since I had that! :-(
Thank you very much! :) The panpipes take a lot of breath (the low notes especially so), but fortunately I don't mind getting a little light-headed if necessary. ;)
Beautiaful! I was wondering what the tempo to the poem/rhyme was... this fits what I had in mind.
Wonderful work. It looks hard, having to take so many breaths. Did you get light-headed?

Technically, a pipe is either a flute or a reedophone, but i agree; the name is the panpipes

I think that people just like the sound of the word "panflute" better than "panpipe." (I do think it sounds nicer, but... it's wrong!)
