omg the bots fucking screwed me over i was getting the gnome achievment in dark carnival and its the final, a spittter spits into the helicopter i have 30 health every1 is in but ellis and he doesnt get on until after im incapacitated so the campaign ends and i dont get the gnome achievment >:(

Not to detract from the L4D2 bots are stupid campaign, but he might actually be stuck, where it's a physics issue instead of an AI issue. I had a rather similar dancing incident where I couldn't move, and it took a hunter pouncing me to break me out of it. Luckily, my team wasn't incapped...
