It's highly possible your video card doesn't support the game since it needs Pixel Shader 3.0

Theres someting wrong with mine >.< every time i run it it comes up fine with the kiss logo but when it get to loading an error comes up- "PlaycsvData.cpp error toy put id" every time. I already followed the XP compatibility part so....:(

Failing that, you'll need to use Applocale or the System Locale in Vista/7 and use it to emulate the Japanese OS.

@PatchiMarkus I had the same problem but it is quite easy to fix (at least if you run windows XP). If you run Vista or Windows 7 you shouldn't give up your hopes cause it'll still work. (My computer run Vista) Just download a program called AppLocale and set your language to japanese (fake region). This can NOT be installed on Vista/Windows 7 unless you install it as administrator, which you can't just by rightclicking on it and select "Run as Administrator".

@YoungLadyStocking So to install AppLocale on Vista/Windows 7, go to the "start" menu and search for "cmd" (command prompt). You should see now see cmd in the list. Rightclick on it and choose "run as administrator".

A black box should appear that will say something like "C:\Windows\(system32)>". Put the AppLocale installer in whatever directory shown in the black box, and then type "apploc.msi" in the black box and press the enter button. Then the installer should run just like in windows XP.

@PatchiMarkus because you don't have a japanese system, you have to download Applocale or set your system to Japanese locale for it to work.

@PatchiMarkus Make sure you checked that the Applocale setting has setted at Japan region that will fix that PlayCSvData error I try the game for the first time and it was fixed.

You have to go at Configuration system after that Region and language go to administrator and change the language to Japanese make sure you had to restart your computer before you do it.

So:

1. Go to Configuration

2. Language and Region

3. Go to tab Administration

4. Set it to Japan region>

5. Ready to play

I believe it's an average of the Frames Per Second during the song. Remember it's a benchmark to figure out if you can even play the game once it's released.

I don't understand how any of these dance games calculate a score. You just customize your character and watch. you don't do anything right? That means the score is all up to the player and what they like.

Actually the score is rating how strong your computer is. The better your score, the stronger your computer. At the end it gives a rating based on the score, and from there you can figure out if your computer can handle the game when it's released.

Sounds like it's a system requirements failure. Meaning either your computer is not strong enough, or you're missing some files to get it to run.

Yes it should. The manual even says that if it doesn't work for Vista/7, use the XP compatability with administrative access on.

In that case, your video card can't support it. It needs a video card with at least a 3.0 Pixel Shader.

Actually it follows their Custom Slave series style of nameing. Custom (Insert word here). This was before 3D Custom Girl.
