Any singer, if they have some sort of throat trouble will have problems with their voice. And I can almost guarantee that Lucas and Ashley were the most conscious of what their voices were doing, seeing as they have done this song hundreds of times.

Lucas and Ashley are great singers, and everybody has days where they have vocal trouble.
