@2shaila2 The heat of your nails (from your nailbeds which is part of your fingers) suddenly is "shocked" by the cold water. Like when you jump into an icy pool, that numbing pain you feel. Something like that.

I have tried thre different tips: baby oil, cold water and fast-dry top coat. They all work, BUT I've noticed that when you force nail polish to dry fast it gets LOTS of bubbles.

she means like, when you have all the polish on your nails that you want, let it dry for a bit, to the point that its not completely wet but not completely dry. then run to your sink, turn on really cold water and put your nails under it and they should dry!

greekbabydol if your from the U.S. a facut is where the water comes out,a sink is the actual bowl.The term crane is I'm pretty sure used in the Netherlands,Swedden,etc

I'm on a nail polish high at the moment and I'm not really good at making them pretty, I get airbubbles etc. Gonna try this =)

Do you shake your polish??? That may be why you get air bubbles. If you take your polish in your hand and roll it side to side this should help. Most people shake their polish ( i do..lol) This creates air bubbles in the polish....hope this helps.
