it takes 100tp...and I normally have above that to generate the attack. But it doesn't work

If you haven't figured it out yet, Sheena has to be in Overlimit in order to summon anything.

They only work in the PS2 version (except for Prism Stars).

Critical Blade: Eruption + Deadly Destruction

Innocent Edge: Infinite Destruction + Demonic Chaos

Fukuin: Grand Cross + Ray

Rock Mountain: Grave/Stalagmite + Grave

Masoukoufu: Pyre Seal + Ray

Ryuuko Metsugajin: Demonic Chaos + Eagle Rage

Of course, you can also substitute certain moves, like Holy Lance and Ray, Ground Dasher and Stalagmitge/Grave, Super Sonic Thrust for Hurricane Thrust, Judgment or Angel Feathers for Grand Cross, etc.
