I think most of the cast of LotR are very profound and intelligent. Whenever I hear any of their interviews, they all have wonderful things to say and are very interesting. even if the questions are stupid, or poorly organized, they are very intelligent and eloquent. all of them. thats probably part of why the movies are so great. Billy is a rather incredible person imo. :)

I fail to see the point of the "What does God mean to you?" question, but I admire Billy for answering it the way he did. It says a lot about him. There's some bad blood between myself and the borderline-fundamentalists I knew growing up, so I doubt I would have been half as considerate.
