Chad Allen in OUR HOUSE available on DVD!!

I want DVDs or Blu-ray Discs of this show from the bottom of my heart. I am a big fan of Wilford Brimley. Unfortunately, however, it is not yet available in Japan. There are many who hope like me that the discs will be released in Japan. This show was very popular in the late 1980s and aired several times in Japan .

@MurphyColeman well there arent any BluRay Discs out of this show but the link put up in the description box is for the converted show from VHS or live TV to DVDs.

Which means its not a perfect DVD official release quality but still great to watch!

And I got my DVDs from that link from a chinese distributor! So its maybe close enough for you to order!

I looked and waited for decades to get hold of that awesome show on DVD! I love this show..and not just because of Chad Allen!

does any one have all the seasons of this show ? i think there where 2 and how is the picture and sound if you have them .. and is it every show and last question how much would it be thanks

well, first your are right there were two seasons with around 151 episodes ( +/- one ). The picture and sound quality is quite good, not real DVD quality but still awesome! Some eps have some minor picture damages, but still viewable!

And unfortunately didnt get all episodes, although promised. But there just three eps missing from the second season.

And the price for those will be at that time $90.00 plus p+p ( $104.00 to the UK ).

Quite expensive, I know but for me worth it!

Yeah me too. This show was so awesome and I tried over decades to convince the local tv channel to bring it back on!

But without any success!

Well, maybe the AMAZON appeal will work and they bring out an official release of this show on DVD, with extras like interviews and behind the scenes look!

Wouldnt it be nice?

I know its quite a high price but for me it was worth it to get finally the whole series on DVD.

Is is just the price that you are complaining?

J'adore Shannen but not to pay a high price for 46 ep. 60 $ ok

But think of this, what if this show never gets released on DVD? I know there quite a few requests, even on AMAZON but it still depends on the particular distributor to release them!

Sure it was ( and is still ) a high price but there so many shows that didnt make it on DVD. And got forgotten!

Its an investment, for me, a memory, a piece of history!

Yeah, it took me decades to find a distributor. But its not cheap with $90.00 plus postage. But worth, for every fan, I suppose!

The quality is quite good, although on my computer these DVDs running quite hot, after a certain time. But nothing to worry about!

And these DVDs seem not official releases, but copied from TV ( from Faith Value Channel ).

But who cares! Its all complete and awesome!

beware the planet dvd store is the biggest rip off going.

I bought dvd's , they turned out to be defective and now they wont replace them

Well, so far I dont have any trouble with my DVDs.

Although, I have to consider that the show on those DVDs are copied from TV and not an official release. It still plays quite good.

A few minor bumps but I could fix them adequately with a different DVD software.

Its not perfect but at least I got the show to watch again ( and other 80s shows as well ).
