because when you're a law school student you usually don't have the money to spend on a top of the line video camera. add in the fact that it's hard to get a perfect view of the whole course without a media pass, and my younger cousin taped it and that should explain why the quality is such "shit." if you don't like it, go to tampa yourself and record it, or just watch it and deal with it
